These terms and conditions create a contract between you and Revedy LLC (the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully. To confirm your understanding and acceptance of the Agreement, click “Agree.”
By “Agreeing” the user/client agrees to have read the following disclosure, and to hold Revedy LLC harmless for any comments perceived as advice or sources and information provided to help the user/client make their own financial decision. Any disputes related to Revedy LLC’s advice shall be subject to mandatory arbitration in Washington State, or settlement from Revedy LLC, regardless of the location of the subject property, transaction or occurrence. Disputes arising out of a real estate purchase or management are not related to Revedy LLC or the research provided by Revedy to help the user/clients. Revedy’s relationship with the user client and partner professional is limited to selection, research, and referral and not related to any transaction or occurrence arising therefrom.

By accepting this web platforms payment terms, you agree to pay Revedy LLC, through the card and billing infomration that you provide. Debit or Credit card information will be kept on file and used for payment as web services are used according to the billing terms marketed and provided.
Your access to Revedy’s tools and properties will stay active as long as you card is on file, and you have paid for credits. Credits paid for will not expire. If you discontinue use there are no partial or prorated payments. Unused payment toward service is not transferable to other Revedy LLC services.
REVEDY will strive to maintain the maximum delivery of the service, however technical delays, website outages or other factors beyond our control may occasionally occur on these sites, in which case this Agreement remains in full effect.
By submitting billing infomration you acknowledge you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so.
